Web Accessibility Service Instructions:
- Alt + U：The header menu block contains the menu of the website.
- Alt + L：The left block takes user to aside menu on left site which contains the menu of related pages.(Homepage did not have this block.)
- Alt + C：the main Content block takes user to the main information straightly.
If your browser is Firefox, the accesskeys will be Shift + Alt + (accesskey letter). For example, Shift + Alt + C will let webpage jump to the center area of this page, and so on.
If you use keyboard to view pages, press tab to move on important items, and you can also press Shift + tab in order.
